Return Policy

At Prophet Culture, we want to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered. If we make a mistake with your order, we’ll make it right.

14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the return meets the conditions below.

When We Accept Returns

Returns are accepted only when the mistake was made by Prophe Culture, including:

  • You received the wrong size compared to what you ordered.

  • You received the wrong color compared to what you ordered.

  • You received the wrong product compared to what you ordered.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be completely unworn and unused.

  • The item must be in its original condition.

  • All original tags and labels must still be attached.

  • The item must not have been washed, altered, damaged, stained, or otherwise used.

  • The item should be returned in its original packaging, whenever possible.

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and details of the issue.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

If you received the wrong size, color, or product, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  1. Your order number

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Clear photos of the item, including the tags/labels and the product received

Once we review your request and confirm that the mistake was made by Prophet Culture, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error made by Prophet Culture, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs and arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Important

Prophet Culture does not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect personal sizing choice, or preference changes when the correct product, color, and size were originally shipped.

We strongly recommend checking our size guide carefully before placing your order.
